Aspheric lenses

Axicons
Together with our customers, we develop and produce suitable solutions from a large selection of optical glasses, from prototypes to series production. Learn more about axicons with surface shape deviations (RMSi) of up to 0.04 µm.
Acylinder
Based on a specially developed CNC grinding and polishing processes, asphericon manufactures acylinders with a surface form deviation (RMSi) of ≤ 0.5 µm. Find aspherical cylinders for your applications from a large selection of optical glasses.
Optical Mirrors
asphericon offers coated mirror elements as well as dielectric mirrors with reflective properties exceeding 99% customized for individual wavelengths, two wavelengths, and the broadband range. Additionally, we provide coating solutions for both VIS and IR ranges.
Spherical Lenses
Thanks to modern manufacturing technologies, we are able to produce spherical lenses of high quality and from different materials. In addition to optical glasses, these include crystals such as germanium and silicon, metals, PMMA and IR materials.

Optical Systems
asphericon designs, develops and manufactures complete assemblies and optical systems for your application. Our team supports you from the first feasibility study through prototype construction and precise system integration. Benefit from in-house manufactured high-precision mounts, assembly in ISO 5 and ISO 7 certified clean rooms as well as standardized testing and documentation processes.
Beam Expansion
Discover the world‘s first aspheric and diffraction-limited beam expander. The a|BeamExpander is a monolithic laser accessory with just one aspheric lens for the highest level of precision. Experience nearly endless possibilities with up to 32× beam magnification and optimized performance for different design wavelengths.
Fiber Coupling
Adjustable fiber collimator/fiber coupler for perfect alignment of FC/PC patch fibers. Use our collimators for NAs up to 0.275 to obtain any desired output beam while maintaining a diffraction-limited wavefront.
Beam Shaping
Beam shaping at the highest level, optimized for all wavelengths (wavelength range: 300 - 1600 nm). Use the a|TopShape to transform Gaussian laser beams into collimated Top-Hat beams, the a|AiryShape for round focused beam profiles and the a|SqAiryShape for squared focused beam profiles (Top-Hat, Donut, Beam Waist).
