Access data/ Server Log Files

asphericon (respectively its webspace provider) collects data upon each access to the content (so-called Serverlogfiles). Including: name of website accessed, data, date and time of the query, volume of data transferred, notificiation of successful request, type and version of browser, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and der accessing provider.

The log data are only used by asphericon for statistical analysis to run, ensure and optimize products and services. asphericon reserves the right to check the Log Files later on, if there exists a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on specific indicators.

 

Handling personal information

Personal Data comprises information or data that trace back to a person. Including: name, email address or phone number as well as which pages someone viewed.

This personal data are only collected, used and communicated by asphericon if this is legally permitted or users have consented to the collection of data.

 

Contacting and registration

asphericon stores user information when contacting us (for example via contact form or email), to handle inquiries or follow-up questions faster.

User data to be entered during registration will be used as information relevant to the offering or registration. The collected date are seen in the entry mask during registration. Inclusing: name, postal address, email, IP address and its purpose.

The user has the right to be informed freely on request with regard to personal data stored. User can request correction or deletion of personal data and withdraw your consent to the collection and storage of your personal data at any time with future effect by post or email to asphericon GmbH, Stockholmer Str. 9, 07747 Jena or info@asphericon.com, insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain such data.

 

Newsletter

asphericon provides current infomation on the company and our offerings in the newsletter. To receive our newsletter we require a valide email address. This will be used only for the dispatch of the newsletter and will not be passed to third parties.

The newsletter is only sent with your explicit consent, this means the electronic newsletter is only sent with confirmation of email after newsletter registration. Without confirmation your personal data will be deleted automatically at least after four weeks. It is possible to end electronic newsletter communication at any time.

 

Integration of third party services and contents

Within this online offer an integration of third party content is possible, such as YouTube videos, maps provided via Google Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics of other websites. These third-parties use the user’s IP address to sent content to the user’s browser in order to view these contents. asphericon strives to utilize only contents of provider, who use the IP address for delivering the content. Nevertheless, we point out that we do not have influence on third-parties storing the IP-address inter alia for statistical purpose. If this should become known to us, we inform our user.
